Narcissus Quagliata is a native Italian with Sicilian roots, had a long conversation in the U.S. and then moved his primary residence to Mexico. Narcissus Quagliata studied in Rome with Giorgio de Chirico painting in the style of Pittura metafisica, 19-year-old moved to San Francisco and completed his studies at the Art Institute as a painter and graphic artist. Very soon he discover for themselves the material glass, which he put plastic apart with the phenomenon of light and so specialized as a glass artist. Quagliata created his work both for private as well - and increasingly since the 80s - for public purposes. His works are therefore to be considered in both exhibitions and in public places (subway station): in the USA, Mexico, Europe and Asia. The dimensions of works ranging from sculptures to the largest illuminated glass ceiling the last 100 years
